Facility INFOrmation

4-H Hall

The 4-H Hall has a capacity of 230, and is available with 25 tables (8’ long) and 200 chairs. A podium is available for presentations. WiFi is available upon request. Click here for a rental contract. Reservations are made by contacting the NDSU Extension-Ramsey County at 701-662-7027 during regular business hours or by submitting this form.

The 4-H Hall also has the following amenities:

  • A large full kitchen

  • Restrooms and two full showers

  • Large open area for larger groups

  • Heat and air conditioning

  • Outdoor grass area with picnic tables

Rental Rates:

  • Monday-Thursday: $100

  • Friday-Sunday: $200

  • Add Peterson Arena: $50

  • Additional $100 added to all rental rates if liquor is sold

*Set Up Fee Day Prior - 4pm check-in (if no events prior to rental):  $75

Peterson Arena

Peterson Arena is a large outdoor sand arena (150’ x 200’) which includes a warm up pen (85’ x 150’) and announcer stand. This arena can be rented separately or with the 4-H Hall. Click here for a rental contract. Reservations are made by contacting the NDSU Extension-Ramsey County at 701-662-7027 during regular business hours or by submitting this form.

Rental Rates:

  • Any day of the week: $100

  • Additional $100 added to all rental rates if liquor is sold

western state bank event center

The Western State Bank Event Center is a multipurpose event center (150’ x 250’) which includes a sound system, concession area, and retractable bleachers to hold just under 1,400 people. Click here for a rental contract. Reservations are made by contacting the NDSU Extension-Ramsey County at 701-662-7027 during regular business hours or by submitting this form. The Western State Bank Event Center encompasses the following components:

  • Altringer Arena - $500 per day

    • 110’ x 210’

    • Open riding sessions available for $15 per horse per day ($5 for Ramsey County 4-H Members)

    • Stalls $30 per horse per day

    • Electric hookups $35 per day (for vendor use only)

    • *Set Up Fee Day Prior - 4pm check-in (if no events prior to rental):  $75

  • Bergstrom Announcer Stand - included at no extra charge

  • Concession Area - $250 per day

  • Ramsey County Farm Bureau Meeting Room #1 - $75 per day

    • 14’ x 20’ and capacity of approximately 24 people

  • Ramsey County Farmers Union Meeting Room #2 - $75 per day

    • 14’ x 20’ and capacity of approximately 24 people

*Meeting rooms can be combined into one larger meeting room (an accordion door separates the two)

Deposit per event required for all rentals: $75
Refunded if all requirements are met and no damages
